Particle Count Test

The concentration of airborne particles is a critical parameter for cleanrooms, clean zones and controlled areas. This test validates the clean air environment at representative locations in the room. The particle concentration must be monitored routinely or continuously at critical locations during operation. The number and placement of sample locations for classification is an important choice in this measurement process, as is the acceptance criterion for the data.
With Particle count test, Ultra Air provides extensive support of Air Velocity and manometer test.

HEPA Filter Integrity Test

A HEPA Filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air) is constructed with many pleated layers of filter media paper; this design prevents particles from freely passing through the filter as they become trapped and stick onto the filter fibers. Over the continued use of the HEPA filter, The HEPA filters results in high particulate level and also find with the internal leakages and damages. This test helps to find the HEPA filter leakages and validate the HEPA filter particulate efficiency Ultra Air mainly validates & tests the filtration system with DOP regents, as well , can perform testing per your organizational requirements by using following regents like PAO, Ondina, PEG, Krydol, Corn Oil, Mineral Oil, and Paraffin

Filter Airflow Velocity & Uniformity Test

To determine the average filter face and a cleanroom velocity and uniformity. The average airflow velocity is calculated by dividing the total of the airflow grid velocities by the number of readings taken.

Room Temperature & Humidity Test

The temperature and humidity measurements test are peformed in two levels. In the first level, general temperature and humidity uniformity are tested. The general level test is used to ensure that the clean room’s HVAC system maintains the specified levels of temperature and humidity required for occupant comfort. The second level or the comprehensive level test identified that the clean room HVAC systems needs to maintain the specified levels of temperature and humidity required for both occupant comfort and process temperature control.

Light Intensity Test

Light Intensity Test is to verify that the installed lightening levels and uniformity meet the specified requirements. This test is performed by using lux meters for U.V. and as well as for Florescent light

Features:

Sound & Vibration Test

By using sound meter and vibration meter, we analyzed and validate production impacts on products and services. Higher the noise and vibration level it proportionately impacts the production output quality level.

Air Flow Visualization Test

Airflow Visualization Test is carried out by using the portable Visible Vapor Generator and taking Video Graph. The purpose of the airflow visualization test is to show the actual airflow pattern throughout the unidirectional clean room. The test can also be used to demonstrate the effects on airflow caused by equipment. It is best to perform this test after all airflow velocity and uniformity tests and room pressurization tests have been performed. The test determining the airflow patterns within a room using various mediums which includes smoke, vapor source or streamers of thread or string.

AHU Room Recovery Test (Performance Test)

A recovery test which is also called performance test is used in the clean room to remove particulate air by filtering air. It also testifies if the room can change from a "particulate/contaminated air" to "clean air" state within the specified time. The test is conducted by experienced technicians from our in-house team. Our technicians have enriching experience and provide clients with high quality service

Servicing, Commissioning & Decommissioning of Air Equipment

All equipment has their life and to maintain their health-checks Servicing is very much important. Ultra Air delivers servicing of all air equipment on Monthly, quarterly, half-year or yearly basis which includes primary level as well extensive level maintenance. When organization re-locates their business address it become essential to move the respective equipment to new location. Ultra Air provides services of equipment commissioning as well as decommissioning
